Implementation of activities at the school:   With the teacher's help, we completed three interactive activities from Swarovski Waterschool's Global teaching and learning material under the modules of "Water Basics" and "Water and me". We then showed them some parts of the Waterschool Film while translating its central ideas.

Other interesting facts about the school: The classroom provides a quality education for needed 250 kids in the village. The classroom saves the kids from walking every day for more than two hours to reach their schools, also it provides them with a good place to play .

Messages from the ground
"I was impressed to learn that water treatments like water filtering or even desalination are based on very simple concepts; and can be done through small scale experiments using household tools and natural materials not only in the huge scale governmental water treatment plants. " Zainab Mahmoud Abdulnaby, student

"We can reuse this treated water for irrigation to save the fresh water from Nile River that we drink. Because if we don't save this water we will face water scarcity." Mohamed Ahmed El-Sayed - El Farouk School.

"That's exciting! we can use kitchen tools to make a quick experiment!" Reda Mahmoud - Ezbet Eshak's Eco-Classroom.
